Hi – thank you for wanting to find out more about us. We are Estate Planners and Will Writers. I’ll explain what Estate Planning is below – it is very important!

We are a multi-award-winning company and have been writing Wills since 1999. We have helped thousands of people to put their affairs in order. We are exceptionally good at what we do, but then we are bound to say that! What does it mean to be 'exceptionally good'? To us, it means that when you phone us, we will pick up the phone within three rings. It means that we will produce the drafts of your documents within a few days, rather than a few weeks. It means that we take responsibility for the quality of service you receive from start to finish.

Our Managing Director, Antony Brinkman, has been the Regional Chairman for the Society of Will Writers in the North West of England. He is the Chairman of the Professional Standards Board for the Society, is a trainer at the College of Will Writing and is a leading figure of the Estate Planning industry in this country. We now also boast a second Regional Chair in the company as another of our Directors, Rebekah Maxwell, has become the Regional Chair of the Cheshire region. Rebekah has also become a shareholder at TWP and plays a key role in the forward direction of the company.
