The initial contact was by phone, on the strong recommendation of a previous client. This left us in no doubt that we had made the right choice. Face to face, we were made to feel very welcome in a very relaxed atmosphere.

We were totally surprised as we were led through the procedure in a very calm and professional manner. Our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction, which left no doubt in our minds that we had chosen the right person to deal with out wishes.

After spending close on an hour in Mr. Brinkman’s company, it would be quite difficult to make comment on any further improvements that could be made.
