Steven made the process clear and straightforward and accommodated my preference for teams calls and was flexible around my work commitments. 10/10 for professional service but with a personal touch. My previous attempt to write a will failed but Steven Goddard did a good job and made the process simple whilst explaining everything asked clearly.
