We have had very good service from Gareth on a one-to-one basis. We felt let down by the Willwriting Partnership because they hadn’t informed us until recently that the LPA wasn’t acted on and registered with the OPG. We took out the work in 2014 and feel the WWP should have brought this to our attention, as we thought it had been completed in 2014.

Gareth has been professional but feel he hasn’t had back up from the office. The OPG, quite frankly, is a shambles and to charge £105 per document and to make stupid mistakes in the covering letters does not instil confidence that they have processed the documents correctly.

Our file should be reviewed on a much shorter timeline as things can change at our time of life. I would appreciate my name to be correct on all correspondence.

The Willwriting Partnership team were helpful and supportive explaining the process and documentation.  The staff were available to have further discussions over the telephone as we needed more clarity regarding the terminology used, as this was a new experience my queries were responded to promptly and communicated effectively.
