The draft Will had a few serious errors and when I contacted Polly she came to my house again. It took a while to get things finalised after careful planning. The seminar was very professional. Polly was also pleasant and professional, but some details were incorrect. I was also not made aware of the extra cost of postage – I only expected a bill of £600.
