I received a great quality service both in person from Steve Coke and over the phone from the office. Steve was polite courteous and very caring. The communication from both Steve and the office was always professional. I found Steve approachable and trustworthy.

The service was extremely efficient and dedicated to the task at hand. I was made to feel at ease with what I needed to do. There were follow ups after I had completed the paperwork from the Office and Steve Coke. This is always appreciated.

I think a phone call or letter was enough to check that I was happy with all. Maybe a call to letter after a few months to see if there is anything else the company can do, give a person time to think after completing the Will etc.
