My husband and I received excellent personal service. Michelle assured us that she was available any time and would always listen and help with our concerns. My husband and I are both 82 years and not computer people, so we do find completing forms and taking in all the jargon difficult. Putting our home in Trust was a big decision so it is a great relief knowing that TWP is there to help and advise.
