we received a very personal service from Gareth Jones who was excellent. He paid us several visits at different stages of our “journey” and was always helpful and friendly. Very professional – Gareth was very informative at every visit. Nothing was too much trouble, we would like to thank Gareth, and the Company for all their help so far.

From the first phone call, Michelle Oxley was very understanding and helpful in our needs (not what she thought we wanted). The home visit we got were relaxed and clear. First class no hard sales or pressure so we got all the answers we asked in easy language we could understand. A big thank you to Michelle for her understanding and professional, friendly service. Well done and thank you.
