Personal service from Steve Coke was excellent.  He explained well the things he was familiar with and found out in a timely way anything that required more detail.

The service was most professional, and we frequently had phone calls to answer our more detailed questions.  The callers were always patient and polite and could find a way to explain tings simply in a way that we could understand.

We understand that the service is tailored and therefore a lengthy proves but we found it slow, labour-intensive and costly.  If the documents, we now have in place are fit for purpose (time will tell) then hopefully it will have been worth it.

Richard was nice and supportive when my wife passed away – There was some issues with telephone calls and admin errors which led to delay with progression of our mirrored wills.

The service was good, but felt some things were being pushed with added price tags – hence recommendations below.  Something we wanted to happen didn’t, this was because the service did not feel we needed it.

Discussions with regard to cost and what the cost covers – in writing factsheet/email  written information to certain entities such as trusts, inheritance tax so the information can be re-read before moving forward.  Listening more to what the client wants before deciding what the client needs then any discrepancies can be talked and explained thoroughly to the client in a less assertive manner.
