Generally OK but this is my second Will/Trust with you. In April not certain about the Trust – my wife died and I wanted to manage my executor etc. There is greater clarity this time re: whereabouts of my Will with plastic ID cards for my executors. I am still very uncertain of the Willwriting Partnership & have no LPAs.

Death, grief and Will changes are quite difficult to deal with. I think improvements in accountability have improved but I feel uncertain about previous LPAs and the Trust. Visits by Daniel have been very good and to be recommended.

Tracing identifying the original LPAs/ Will/ Trust have been uncertain and left me uncertain. With a revision of the Will I need to be assured it is accurate & legally bomb-proof – I’m still uncertain especially with the Trust.
