Excellent service back when we started the process, but we then had to chase things via our IFA to get them moving again (Several months elapsed). John completed the process for us.

We felt that we had paid for a level of service we didn’t receive. On that basis we could not recommend TWP to anyone else. The fact that documents dated December 2021 have only just arrived (January 2025!) speak volumes. If due to the 3^rd parties, we have not been kept informed.
