Very professional. When we first met Steven at our house, he came well prepared. As we had only just moved into our house, we didn’t have all the relevant documents to hand, but Steven reassured us that this was not a major problem as once we had the documents we could forward to him.
Due to ongoing works in the house, the documents that were sent to complete our Wills & LPAs got put away only to be found a couple of weeks ago. Bump into Steven in the town and spoke to him. Tried dealing with registering but really confused with all the paper. Phoned Steven for help and with no hesitation he offered to pop in and stayed with us until we had got the LPAs registered.
