The initial contact was in Llandybie at a seminar. A very professional presentation. Polly contacted me and made an appointment at my home to take details. The draft Will had a few serious errors and when I contacted Polly she came to my house again. It took a while to get things finalised after careful planning. I spoke on the phone to your office, always polite and helpful.

The seminar was very professional. Polly was also pleasant and professional, but some details were incorrect. I was also not made aware of the extra cost of postage – I only expected a bill of £600.

Polly was very helpful and I was not the easiest to deal with as I did change my mind on some of the instructions.
