Excellent service. Persuasive without intrusion. Reasonable and always polite. Stress that you specialise – this is a big advantage over general service providers. Emphasise the cost in time, emotion and cash of an ill-made will, especially one not updated for current circumstances, which may preclude revision (e.g. heart attack). More people need to know about your outstanding service and the importance of doing this!
