Communication was limited to me calling TWP and only received emails from TWP when suggested. There could have been better communication if V-Link had been enabled and utilised by TWP, it would have expedited the process too, as postage of forms was stressful and slow, especially when I’m in prison.

Initially it was professional but after a few months especially when my point of contact changed at TWP, the changeover was not transparent.

Thank you sincerely for your support especially Julia Fleetwood for her personal attention. However, communication channels need to be better and more efficient.
